WEISSWURST

These thick white sausages are made of veal, pork, herbs and spices and are always served with sweet mustard
and a pretzel (Brezn). For the full flavor have wheat beer (Weißbier) to go with them. Traditionally, Weißwurst
have to be eaten before noon, but nowadays they are served all day long.
