Some of the municipal/state-run schools offer bilingual lessons in subjects such as geography and history, like Hansa-Gymnasium, Helene-Lange-Gymnasium, Gymnasium Hochrad, Immanuel-Kant-Gymnasium, Gymnasium Lohbrügge, Grundschule Max-Eichholz-Ring, Stadtteilschule am Hafen, Schule an der Gartenstadt.

Phorms Campus Hamburg

With its daycare center, elementary school, and state-recognized independent high school, the school offers a continuous bilingual education for children and adolescents from the age of 12 months to high school graduation. The basic principle is continuous bilingual learning in German and English. English and German are used inside and outside the classroom as languages of equal importance. In the 11th and 12th grades, we focus more on the requirements for the Abitur examination, so that German is given a somewhat higher priority here.
